I looked around and couldn’t find them for sale anywhere… If the old ones aren’t good enough after cleaning, you probably need to buy new calipers, at least they should come with new guides. Have you asked the dealer if they have those guides for sale?

@@ccrepairchannel I did not, but the chance is slim to none since I couldn't find a code for them anywhere. I didn't go as far as removing them since I have no idea if they will get good enough after cleaning, but it's the next step. They might come up good enough and the problem might be the oxidation and dirt beneath them that is slightly pushing the guides up. Quite bad design considering that the calipers look in excellent condition otherwise.

I mean bad design not to sell them as replacements since their role is similar to the thin metal strips that come in a kit with the pads on other cars.

@@roborovsky6950On my car they are quite thick stainless steel, and came out pretty nice after cleaning and straightening. The problem is probably chemical corrosion, aluminium around stainless steel gets corroded badly.

Ignition/steering lock should come right off after removing the two bolts holding it in place. Then just put new one in 👍

Hello! The upper ball joints are pressed in the upper wishbones, it is not possible to change them separately. You have to change the whole wishbone if the ball joint is worn.

Доброго здоровья! Подскажите у меня несколько проблем появилось,1) Меняли стекло лобовое ,так как резинка пошла волной сверху и протекала,вроде всё было хорошо но на днях заметил что с правой стороны пол мокрый,капает прям видно и видно что по стеклу стекает снутри стороны,думаю под резинку попадает в правой верней части,не подскажете что могу сделать,сервисов никаких нет где живу и поехать вариантов нет ?! 2) Оборвало чашку на опоре стойки амортизатора теперь надо менять опору правда не дёшево стоит одна опора ,если сниму и заварю сваркой будет толк или всё таки менять ? 3) Электроника глючит иногда,включаю зажигание пишет старт ерор и стартер никак не реагирует,несколько раз включаю выключаю пропадает и запускается,ещё было еду просто перестаёт работать газ остановился работает на холостом и всё ,заглушил и сразу запустил поехала,просто не пойму куда надо залезти и что делать,что проверить или поменять ! Вот такие проблемы появились буду очень блогодарен если что подскажите !🙏

@@user-zz5mp8ro6l1) You should take the car back to the shop and ask them to fix it properly. Temporarily put some tape on the edges of the windshield. 2) What model is your car? I have never replaced strut mounts on chassis, on some models they should be riveted and on others welded. 3) Starter motor or starter relay? - Relay is very cheap and easy, starter motor a bit more expensive and on some models quite difficult to replace.

Fuse near battery is basic ”small glass fuse”, 10A (sometimes 15A?). Might do another video on this scooter some day, will consider your idea. I think there is only that one fuse: Pry open the plastic container, swap the fuse, close the container by pushing until it clicks

So the 4ETS system is not working? It should brake the free spinning wheel. I have not tested how and when the 4ETS works, so I’m not sure about that… Were all wheels off the ground when testing? Any warning lights in dashboard? Do ABS and ESP work?

The ignition and steering lock are a combined unit. The new lock unit should fix also any steering lock issues.
